Job summaryA great opportunity to join an established Older Adult Mental Health Team who deliver services to the Worcester and Droitwich localities. As a service we understand the importance of work life balance and strive to find individual ways to ensure that our team members can achieve this, whilst ensuring we continue to deliver the best service to our patients.The core working hours for the team are Monday to Friday 9-5. There is the opportunity for flexible working within this role around the core hours. This role easily allows you to blend working from home and working in the office.We are a supportive team who regularly welcome students. The service has a strong focus on person centred care and understanding the expression of unmet needs in the person with Dementia. You will have a caseload of patients who have been referred to the service for a diagnosis of Dementia or support with a Mental Health condition. Also, you will see patients who already have a diagnosis of Dementia and have a more complex presentation requiring specialist advice and treatment. You will manage the patients care from assessment to discharge.It will be beneficial to have good time management skills as you will manage your own diary.
