Salary Range: £30,859 - £33,951 per annum Work Location: Havant Keystone, Havant Hours per week: 37 (part time hours will be considered) Contract type: Permanent Closing Date: 29 April 2024 The Role: Joining our friendly team here at Havant Keystone, providing services to people with learning and/or physical disabilities, you’ll play a key role in the planning and delivery of our services, supporting the Management Team. A natural leader, you’ll make confident operational decisions to ensure our services are delivered safely and to a high standard. You’ll provide people management support to the team, using your strong influencing and relationship management skills to manage performance, motivating and supporting others to provide the best service possible. With a good understanding of how Day Services operate, you’ll have a successful track record of working with people with learning and/or physical disabilities and complex needs. Alongside this, you’ll have expertise in positive behavioural support planning, both in theory and in practice. This, combined with a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, will ensure you can role model high standards of person-centred support, whilst ensuring people are always treated with dignity and respect. Most importantly, you’ll demonstrate our core values, showing patience, empathy and compassion and share our commitment to enabling people to lead full and active lives as independently as possible.
