Job summaryThis is a fantastic development opportunity to join an experienced and supportive management teamT&O/Centralised Booking TeamThe post holder is required to support the management and the day to day running ofa busy directorate including:Waiting list and pathway management, supporting the coordination of clinic capacity, utilisation and urgent/escalated appointments.Operational line management of administrative and clerical staffProvision of accurate information.Management and delivery of RTTMain duties of the jobWork closely with senior staff and administrative teams to ensure appropriate monitoring, pathway management and validation of pathways in line with 18 week Referral to Treatment national targetsLine manage designated administrative and clerical staffEnsure efficient use of outpatient clinics / elective list capacity through monitoring utilisation and working with the relevant booking team/s.
