Job summaryThe Surgical, Women's and Neonatal Services (SWNS) division at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are looking for an engaged and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills to join a busy team on a fixed term contract (from start date until 01-August-2025).The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks and support of the service and assistant service managers.This will involve working closely with the service management team to gain understanding medical rota coordination, cancer pathways and highly specialist services, across teh division. This role would be an excellent stepping stone toward an assistant service management role.The Divisional Administrative Co-ordinator will use their own initiative to plan time effectively and prioritise all incoming work daily, including responding quickly, appropriately and communicating clearly in relation to urgent/important and unpredictable issues ensuring a high-quality administrative service.
