Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Dual diagnosis (Substance Misuse ) CPN within the Wolverhampton and Sandwell CMHT.The Post holder will ensure that people with substance misuse problems are supported to engage with community drug and alcohol teams. The candidate will be proactive in reducing harm in line with the recovery agenda and advocate for service users in addressing their physical, mental health and social care needs.
