Job summaryHead of Learning and Organisational DevelopmentWe're looking for a Head of Learning and OD to lead our people development services. This role will be responsible for delivery of our Talent Management agenda, Organisational Development, Coaching, Mentoring, Learning and development, vocational development and provision of library services to both WUTH and Wirral Community NHS Trust.This role will also oversees the delivery of the Trusts widening participation programmes.
