Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist with highly specialist skills to work with children and young people (CYP) and their families with complex physical needs, dysphagia and communication difficulties across our community settings.The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users. As an SLT you will work within a strong multi-disciplinary team alongside physios and occupational therapists, who recently won CNWL's Team of the Year Award. You will have strong links with professionals in health, education and other community services.You will be based at Alexandra Avenue Health & Social Care Centre and/or Caryl Thomas Clinic where you will support pre-school children with complex needs across the Borough of Harrow.
