An Exciting opportunity to join the University of Reading HR Recruitment Team! We are looking for someone with previous HR or Recruitment experience to join our established team for a 12 month maternity cover contract. You will provide advice to Hiring Managers and Candidates, co-ordinating and supporting activity throughout the recruitment process from establishing role requirements to the offer of employment. In your role you will ensure that recruitment and resourcing activity supports the University Strategy aim of sustaining a diverse and inclusive staff community. You will have the opportunity to contribute to work developing our processes and improving the candidate experience.
