Job summaryAre you a qualified Social Worker with Children's experience looking for your next role?A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Milton Keynes CAMHS team based at Eaglestone Health Centre on the hospital campus.Main duties of the jobThe service are looking to appoint a Mental Health Practitioner from a Social Work background with experience of working with children and adolescents. The post holder will work closely with the multi disciplinary team supporting colleagues with discharge and care co-ordination of patients who have been admitted to inpatient units ensuring that the young person is at the heart of the care planning,.The role will involve representing the service at key stakeholder meetings which will require the ability to form close working relationships with police, local authority, commissioning, voluntary care sector and other providers.
