Job summaryThe Physiotherapy Outpatients department are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with a special interest in MSK to join their excellent team of therapists.You would join a well-established and highly skilled team of Physiotherapists and Hand Therapists who work across three satellite clinics with excellent Technical Instructor and administrative supportThe service sits within the dynamic and evolving Therapy group which brings all Therapy services together to work in collaboration to ensure strong governance and leadership. Within the group there are opportunities for multi-professional learning and service development.Hours per week: 37.5Shift pattern: Mon - FriMain duties of the jobThis post will involve managing a varied caseload of MSK conditions. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to deliver high quality, patient centred care.The post holder will provide assessment and treatment for a range of MSK acute and long term conditions, manage own caseload, provide timely treatment and discharge by following set protocols. Be confident to practice autonomously, support junior staff members with clinical and non clinical task . Work closely with Therapy Service Lead to improve service outcome and support in expansion of the service. Work closely with the admin team in providing the best patient experience.The post holder will be responsible for supervising Junior staff members and students on placement.
