The Occupational Therapy team are looking for a band 4 Occupational Assistant Therapy Practitioner (ATP) to be based at Rosanne House . This is an exciting opportunity for an independent and self-sufficient practitioner, who would like to help support people using our services to establish roles and routines, and interests whilst in the community , as well as help identify occupational need.We are looking for someone who is excited to become part of our team, who would like to help us take forward developmentsMain duties of the jobYou will form part of the Multiciliary team , working at Rosanne House.You will be supported by an experienced Occupational Therapists and the rest of the team to carry out specific individual work and facilitate a range of activity group interventions.You will need to be able to work independently with Service Users to support them in developing and expanding their roles and routines.To work within the OT team to provide therapy provision within Kingfisher Court and other acute wards as required. To be able to offer basic assessments to help identify occupational need and to contribute to peoples care plans.
