The post holder will also lead and support members of the service in audit, research and service developments.Main duties of the jobEnsure that there are robust & consistent information processes & systems in place across the Physiotherapy service for the accuratecollection, recording, collation and timely submission of organisational and Welsh Government (WG) performance data.o To provide performance management oversight of all Physiotherapy waiting lists and inpatient activity.o To analysis, interpret & report data for the Physiotherapy service to the Physiotherapy Head of Service, Therapy Management team andwider senior leadership team in accordance with agreed schedules and ad hoc when required.o To support the Physiotherapy service to undertake data driven audit, service evaluation and service development.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.About usAneurin Bevan University Health Board is a multi-award-winning NHS organisation with a passion for caring.
