Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and friendly admin team based in the West Midlands Regional Genomics Laboratory.The admin team is critical in supporting the Genetics Laboratory with day to day administrative support. As well as contributing to the overall work of the team, the successful candidate will take on specific responsibility for procurement within the department. This will involve complex stock ordering, liaising with a number of technical stakeholders, maintaining stock levels and managing stock when it arrives in the department.Main duties of the jobThis post is primarily based at Birmingham Research Park, close to Birmingham Women's Hospital, however there is an expectation that candidates will work between the two sites.If you are a confident user of Office software packages with well-developed organisational skills we would like to hear from you.
