As Project and System Support you will support in the delivery of software development projects through the full project lifecycle and the management of BAU requests to completion. You will be working closely with the relevant project managers to continuously improve the customer journey on our external websites and enhance internal systems to ensure process efficiency and compliance. You will act as a key liaison between external customers, internal stakeholders and internal and external developers. Previous technical experience is not required but an interest in system development, configuration and project management is desirable along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. Main Duties Assist in the creation and sign off of requirements for system development Raise and track IT tickets with internal and external developers Complete User Acceptance Testing as part of planned IT releases or to support issue resolution Carry out system configuration to support the development of new features and products Ensure all relevant project documentation is produced and kept up to date Support the identification and resolution of system issues Support the communication of development progress to external customers and internal stakeholders Person Specification GCSEs in English and Maths at or above grade C/4 or equivalent. Strong analysis and problem solving skills. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressurised environments whilst maintaining a calm manner. Able to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills and a confident communicator both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time. To have a positive ‘can do’ approach.
