To support our Accounts team we are looking for someone who has a minimum of two years accounts experience, excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities and outstanding communication skills. We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want you to be a part of it! The role will include, but is not limited to the following: * Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and performing supplier statement reconciliations; * Preparing and checking payment runs; * Agreeing daily credit card receipts; * Providing support and assistance to the accounts team; * Assist the Finance Manager with other accounting tasks as required. * This is a varied and interesting role with responsibilities. * Matching supplier invoices and credit notes to PO’s on our Lightyear system. * Transferring data from Lightyear into Sage Intact * Performing supplier statement reconciliations. * Liaising with different sites as required.
