Job summaryWe are increasing the size of our our centralised Recruitment Team and so have some great opportunities for you to join us as a Recruitment Co-ordinator. This is a fixed term role for 7 months.You will take on a key role in welcoming new starters to the Trust, producing offer letters on behalf of hiring managers and assisting new starters to complete their pre-employment checks (ID and Right to Work Checks as well as other NHS specific safer recruitment requirements).You will have great customer service skills and attention to detail and using your previous administration experience to support the team and our candidates. You will need to be confident in using IT systems as many of the processes and completed online.We offer a hybrid working model with a combination of office and home working.Main duties of the jobThe key purpose of the role is to deliver a customer focused recruitment service in line with NHS Employment Check standards, NHS requirements and Trust Policies.To undertake transactional recruitment activities, ensuring that recruitment processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
