Job summaryA rare opportunity has arisen for a band 5 registered nurse to work within the Urgent Community Response (UCR) team as part of the Intermediate care service.We are looking for a dedicated and passionate band 5 nurse to join the team. The ideal candidate will assess patients within the Hull and East Riding geographical area and also service users based in a bedded unit. The ideal candidate should have some community experience, however, full training and support will be provided.The post holder will work autonomously and also as part of a team to provide safe, effective, efficient care for patients, relatives and carers.
