A prestigious City Law firm is seeking a Revenue Controller to join their dynamic Working Capital Team within the Finance and Accounting Department. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships with internal stakeholders to drive performance and deliver results, offering exceptional support to Partners.Day to day of the role:Attend monthly revenue meetings with Partners and Associates to discuss WIP, debt, disbursements, client monies, time management, and billing.Provide Partners with detailed client fee breakdowns, using ARCS 3 to report matter progress accurately.Handle and resolve billing queries to ensure matters are billed promptly.Assist with Credit Control activities, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices, client contact, reviewing provisioned invoices, and contributing to the team’s cash target achievements.Address various AP related queries.Assist the Team Leader with partner and client reports using Elite/BI/Qlikview.Maintain professional regulatory standards and knowledge, such as UK VAT requirements and Solicitors Accounts Rules.Assist in the FRS5 process as required.Track volume discounts and rebates and set up and monitor secondments, advising Partners of the process.About YouThe way in which we do business is ever changing.
