Previous experience of working in a jail, whilst desirable is not essential as full induction and training will be provided and there is round the clock access to experienced clinical supervision for new doctors who join our teamsOur GPs tell us that personal and professional attributes of compassion, empathy, fairness and multidisciplinary working, alongside a desire to deliver the highest quality and innovative care are the cornerstones of a successful working modelLine managed and supported by a Regional Lead GP, you will have access to continuing professional development in support of appraisal and revalidation through our GP forum.
