Internal Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processor (Telecoms) Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Internal Sales team as a Sales Administrator / Order Processor based in Chelmsford. You'll play a key role in optimising the sales experience for both customers and the company. Responsibilities: Process a high volume of sales orders accurately and efficiently using a bespoke software. Manage inbound enquiries, offering pre and post-sales support. Organise deliveries for orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure best possible pricing. Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Provide sales support to internal and external customers. Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee successful order processing. Requirements: Experience in an inventory-based business (a plus). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Package Offered: Competitive salary (22,308-26,000 DOE). Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Opportunity to develop your skills within a growing telecoms company.
