Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nurse whose role is to offer coaching and mentoring support to Community Clinical Lead Nurses and District Nurse Team leaders across CTMUHB.Main duties of the jobThis is a permanent post that requires the post holder to travel and work across all 3 localities within CTM UHB.The post holder will :-Provide senior coaching and mentoring support to Community Clinical Lead Nurses and District Nurse Team leaders across Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB).Lead the development of DN team leaders within CTMUHB, utilising tools such as advocacy, connecting to resources, experiential sharing, relationship building, group facilitation and skill building/mentoring/goal setting.Support with the identification and opportunity for changes in practice which meet the needs of the local population and develop opportunities for the team members to develop and excel as part of a DN Team and as part of the wider multi professional team within a neighbourhood.Provide restorative supervision based on the A-Equip model to Community Practice and Professional Development Nurses Deputy Senior Nurses and District Nursing Team Leaders using a 1-1 or group approach.Evaluating with Community Senior Nurses Community Practice and Professional Development Nurses, Deputy Senior Nurses and DN.
