Due to service redesign within community mental health teams, we have an opportunity for experienced Occupational Therapists to join our CMHTs across the Mid and North Division. This is an exceptional and exciting opportunity to be able to develop the role and work closely with colleagues within a multi-disciplinary team providing expert assessment, guidance, advice and recommendation resulting in a genuinely holistic Occupational Therapy role being a key part of one of the established friendly and supportive teams.We are looking for motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapists to help us shape the development of these roles which will encompass a specific OT caseload alongside Care Co-ordination. There are 4 CMHTs across the Mid and North Division; Andover, Winchester and two teams in Basingstoke.Focusing on holistic care and recognising a variety of skill sets means we welcome applications from diverse Occupational Therapy backgrounds, whether you're looking to change direction or develop your career within mental health.Main duties of the jobTo provide occupational therapy interventions for referred clients using evidence based, client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
