the OPMH Acute Service is delivered equitably and utilises resources effectively for Older People (Frailty and Fragility) and people with dementia.Supports the Assistant Director in providing strategic direction and leadership to the OPMHS Acute teams, in order to continue to develop the functions and structure of the organisation to best meet the mental health needs of older people, people with dementia and their families.Ensures that the service is delivered to the highest possible standards in accordance with the OPMHS operational plan, relevant national policy and legislation
