Salary Range: £30,859 - £33,951 per annum Work Location: Upton Grey in Winchester Hours per week: 37 Contract type: Permanent Closing Date: 1 May 2024 Interview Date: 23 and 24 May 2024 The Role: You’ll provide leadership support to our friendly and supportive care team in our long stay CQC registered residential home for adults with learning disabilities. Along with another Senior Residential Service Officer, you’ll support the Registered Manager to ensure we deliver a high-quality service that meets CQC and Care standards in line with our own internal policies and practices. We work with some amazing people, each with their own individual physical, mental, social and emotional needs. You’ll enjoy this diversity and use your person-centred approach to focus on their strengths, promoting their independence and tailoring your support to the individual. This will include helping people communicate, take part in daily living tasks or social activities, as well as providing support with personal care, taking medication, eating and drinking.
