Areyoua motivated, enthusiastic nurse with extensive post-registration experience in patient care and the emergency pathway? If so we would like you to join our team! Mark Ward is an acute stroke and neuro -rehabilitation unit at GSTT. We have strong team work an active development and support culture and are launching a brand new Leadership programme. As an essential part of the role you will be able to provide strong clinical leadership and assist the ward manager and deputies in leading the team, ensuring a high standard of care is delivered to patients and their families. Mark Ward has a committed multidisciplinary team who take an active role in the development of their staff and the service. Closing date: 8th February 2024 Interview Date: 20th Feb 2024 The Senior Staff role on Mark Ward forms integral in providing and contributing to stable and safe leadership within Stroke and Neurorehabilitation discipline at GSTT. We are a 28 bed Ward. The duties and responsibilities of the post holder include supporting the nursing and MDT workforce in contributing to and delivering high standards of Clinical Leadership, Clinical expertise with commitment to excellent standards of patient care, supporting in processes relating to people management , providing Training and Education to peers and new staff, supporting and leading the team in adhering to areas of compliance and governance whilst utilising proficient communication skills to support our patients and staff.
