Job summaryAn opportunity to work at a senior management level alongside the Trust's corporate transformation teams.Townend Court is undergoing rapid intensive transformational work. To support this process we are looking for an exceptional person to act as Service Manager for approx. 6 month. The candidate should be someone who is interested in a short-term developmental opportunity to work and lead a multidisciplinary team and rapidly transform inpatient care.They will be given full support, supervision and coaching and have a great opportunity to work directly with the General Manager and Clinical Lead to implement pathways and processes and to upskill and grow a confident workforce team.This opportunity would suit someone who is looking for experience at 8a level or someone with 8a experience who is interested in having a defined project to implement and evaluation progress. It is also an opportunity to gain valuable skills in learning disability services at a senior level.
