Job summaryOpportunity for Specialist Pharmacist to join the Inflammatory Bowel Disease team at the University Hospital for Llandough to cover maternity leave (12 months)We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced clinical pharmacist to join the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Team at Llandough Hospital.The post holder will have the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy services and medicines management to patients of the highly specialised Inflammatory Bowel Disease service.The post holder will be supported in developing their advanced practice by our experienced team of pharmacists and the excellent team of professionals working in both multidisciplinary teams.Main duties of the jobWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic pharmacist, with excellent communication skills who will work well within the multi-disciplinary team.
