Job summaryThe Major trauma ward is one of the four trauma centers in London. We provide nursing care for all trauma patients in the North-West of London. The Major TraumaWard is a 19 bedded ward delivering level 1 care to a complex group of poly-trauma patients including intracranial, spinal cord and column injuries, as well as cardiothoracic, vascular, orthopaedic, plastic, general surgery and maxillofacial injuries.We are a busy and fast paced ward delivers expert care to patients with tracheostomies, chest drains, invasive analgesia and have five beds for patients requiring cardiac monitoring.
