Job summaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated full time Administrator to work alongside an existing administrative staff member to provide an important administrative and customer service and to ensure the smooth running of the Mental Health Support Teams.You will be the first point of contact, responding to verbal, face to face and email enquiries to the service so excellent communication skills are essential for this role.You will be required to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team using your excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You should be able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, and previous experience of an electronic patient record system would be advantageous.Main duties of the jobThe post holder provides an important administrative service in the team to ensure the smooth running of the Milton Keynes Mental Health Support Team.
