As a Major Trauma centre, we cover all aspects of Trauma and Emergency surgery.We carry out Cataract, Plastics and Pain Management Procedures as Day Case Surgery.We are passionate about delivering the highest standard of Patient Centred care. We work closely with Surgical Speciality Groups to plan our lists and ensure maximum efficiency and utilisation . In recent years, our Theatres have achieved large gains in productivity and efficiency through improved capacity management and real-time tracking of Theatre activity.Main duties of the jobIf successful you will be supported in your role whether you are Newly Qualified / New to Theatre or an experienced Theatre Practitioner. A Structured Induction Programme and ongoing training will ensure you gain the skills required .Wehavevacancies in Anaesthetics, Scrub and Recovery and will offer support for you to develop competencies in more than one of these areas. We require highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our forward thinking team.
