As a Trainee Nursing Associate, you'll commit to a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. A portion of these hours will be dedicated to structured learning with our university partners, while the remainder will be spent gaining hands-on experience in the workplace.Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll work closely with our multidisciplinary team across all sites within the Trust, fostering a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery.
