We’re seeking someone with: Internal Communications Expertise – Proven experience managing internal communications, including campaign development and delivery across varied platforms. Strong Content Creation Abilities – Skilled in crafting engaging, relevant, and inclusive content tailored for diverse employee audiences. Organisational & Self-Management Skills – Ability to manage a complex and shifting workload independently, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Stakeholder Relationship Building – Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with senior leaders to influence messaging. Knowledge of EDI and Change Communication (Desirable) – Experience embedding Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategies and understanding of change management communication.
