We recently raised a £15M series B funding round, and after receiving our Class III EU MDR certification, we are ready to scale internationally. 🏢 London based - Hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office) 🔎 As a Management Accountant you will Be the first hire into the finance team and report into the Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity to help build our inhouse finance and accounting function for growth. You will be integral to owning day to day finance, as well as setting up and implementing new systems into the business. We are looking for a curious, process driven individual, who is keen to make an impact and bring in new ways of working. Key Responsibilities Own the day to day finances for the business - from accounts, reporting and budget analysis Prepare monthly management accounts - including variance analysis against forecasts and budgets Manage bank accounts and cash flow - producing regular cash flow forecasts to guarantee liquidity Payment runs - process and monitor Accounts payable/receivable - own and manage all activities Maintain and reconcile balance sheets - including monthly bank reconciliations Market research and insights - to source and recommend new systems for the business Requirements ☑️ We want to hear from you if you Are part qualified or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA (if part qualified, we will provide study support) Have 1 - 3 years in industry roles, such as; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Analyst Solid experience with Excel and spreadsheets (GSuite is beneficial) Comfortable with dealing with multiple stakeholders Able to manage multiple priorities at once SME background is preferred Benefits 💰Competitive salary Share options package - all our employees have ownership in the company 🏥Private healthcare incl.
