The candidate will be responsible for organizing and updating both physical and electronic company records for easy access. You will assist the graphic design team by managing project files, scheduling client meetings, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will handle recruitment-related duties, such as coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with the overall hiring process.
