    • Job summary We are seeking a new Evening and Night nurse to work in an already established team to cover the North Nottinghamshire patients of Mansfield and Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, worksop and retford. You will also work flexibly with multi disciplinary teams across our service to support patient care. You'll need to be organised and confident and able to cope with changing environments as you'll be working independently in patients homes, support is always available. Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. An annual fee of £16 per year applies Main duties of the job Our Evening and Nights community team hosts a skilled mixed team of nurses and community support workers. The service works in partnership with the three integrated community day teams who operate from 8am- 6pm to provide a seamless nursing service to patients 5pm- 8am, that put the patient/ service user at the centre of their care and provide effective patient care.
