The ECP will deliver high quality clinical care which encompasses aspects of education, research and management but is firmly grounded in direct compassionate care provision or clinical work with patients, families, caseloads and populations. The senior ECP will be responsible for providing managerial support to the ECP team as well as supporting the development of trainees within see and treat.
