Experience Essential Experience of working in a care environment Desirable Nursing experience within the NHS / Hospital Setting Manual handling of patients, using lifting aids Skills & Abilities Essential Ability to provide limited delegated clinical duties to patients e.g. patient observations. Ability to communicate clearly in English in both verbal and written forms Be able to take an active role to be a link person for specific tasks i.e. IPC and to carry out audits, meetings, feedback to the team as required. Ability to follow instructions and feedback to senior staff. Ability to work with minimal supervision Able to provide supervision i.e. for HCA or T level students.
