Person specification To be successful in this role you will hold a Qualification in a Programme/Project methodology (e.g. MSP Practitioner, APM PMQ) You will have significant experience of senior programme or project leadership, as well as extensive line management experience. You will be able to demonstrate a proven understanding of a range of project delivery methodologies and a track record of implementing them to support successful delivery. Including governance, planning, reporting, MI, risk management and quality management. You will be able to evidence significant budget management experience as well as developing and gaining approval of business cases. You will have experience of managing and influencing a wide range of senior external stakeholders and experience of working with outsourced delivery partners, procuring services and managing contracts. You will be able to evidence experience in development of policies and processes to enable delivery of a programme. Where an individual taking up the responsibility will be based in Swansea Office, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable. The role also requires frequent travel to other HM Land Registry offices to oversee distributed teams, provide visible programme leadership as well as to contribute to face to face programme and HM Land Registry leadership meetings and events, including occasional over-night stays.
