You will work closely with other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation Support workers to support patients presenting with various acute and long-term conditions in specialities, including Community Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Trauma, Orthopaedics,, Geriatrics, Neurology, Vascular and falls. You will be responsible for high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and management of rehabilitation programs for a wide variety of clinical presentations. You will manage your caseload, including appropriate delegation, and supervise and support junior team members. On-site, we have support from General Practitioners, Social care staff, Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, Extended Scope Practitioners, Consultants, Speech and Language Therapists, Nurses and Podiatrists.
