The right candidate will deliver nursing care in a defined specialist area, with the additional specialist knowledge required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate holistic individualised patient centred care, in a safe and caring environment, whilst acting as the patient’s advocate and maintaining privacy and dignity. Provide support, advice and education to patients/significant others and colleagues within the healthcare team, under the direct supervision and support of the Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist. The successful candidates will undertake a 12 month training course at the University of Exeter.
