The post holder will be expected:  To contribute, with clinical supervision, to the management of a caseload and facilitate the provision of palliative care and end of life care to patients with life limiting issues, and potential facing their end of life, and support them and their families.  To contribute to leadership and innovation of nursing practice in palliative care both in the community of North Camden, The Royal Free London Hospital, and through the local end of life locality group  To contribute to the weekly specialist palliative care MDT  To contribute to education particularly with respect to end of life care.
