    • This is a new position for a Consultant Medical Oncologist in Solid Tumour Cellular Therapy (pan tumour) and Sarcoma with an interest in translational immuno-oncology and immune monitoring at The Royal Marsden. The post is part-funded by the NIHR Biomedical Research Centre. The post-holder will be expected to provide leadership of the emerging RM cellular therapy group and to lead the development of cellular therapy infrastructure, systems and platforms across both the RM Chelsea and Sutton campuses. Additionally the post-holder will be expected to support the development of translational research in immuno-oncology across tumour units based on the extensive RM trials portfolio in immunotherapy. A key responsibility of the post will be to disseminate best practice and knowledge of cellular therapies throughout the tumour groups at the Royal Marsden and to facilitate collaborative interdisciplinary working between the multiple teams required for the safe delivery of cellular therapies.
