About the Role: As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised care and support to students with autism. Responsibilities: Implement personalised care plans and lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student, fostering independence and personal growth. Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages trust and rapport, particularly with students with autism.
