    • We are seeking a skilled motivated person to work within our Digital Transformation Team on the delivery of digital projects supporting our Digital Transformation Strategy. This post would suit someone with strong organisational skills. The team support Agile working, but the post holder is expected to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week. There are 3 Project Support Officer posts available, supporting either the ACCIO Team, Optimisation Team and the Existing systems and New Ways of Working Team If you are successful the team leads will decide the appropriate team you support. • Develop and maintain effective communication with the Digital Transformation team, including trust advisors to support the delivery of the projects. • Able to lead on a particular project workstream (ie communications) • Prioritise verbal and written communication requests to ensure urgent enquiries are dealt with • Draft responses on behalf of the Programme Lead, Project Manager or Optimisation Co-ordinator on matters relating to projects including the preparation of board papers and team meeting papers. • Co-ordinate and arrange meetings ensuring the resources required are available for the running of meetings. • Provide administrative support as required to support the running of meetings • Manage diaries and support with general admin tasks • Ensure all interested parties are informed of changes to project plans and arrangements for meetings. • Act as a point of contact for the project with Trust staff, external suppliers and any other bodies. • Ensure that all written information relating to the project is received, logged and acted upon in a timely fashion. • Collation and production of project documents, including but not limited to routine project reports including risks and issues logs At Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, we offer a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people living in South-East London and to people in prison across England.
