The Role: Product Manager Location: London HQ Hybrid working and flexible hours: 4 days in the office and 1 WFH. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our regulatory reporting platform, En:ACT. This hire will be an impactful key contributor to the shaping of the product roadmap and development whilst overseeing delivery, and ensuring our platform stays ahead of shifting regulatory demands and client needs. You will have influence and oversight of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to execution and iteration, working closely with engineering, compliance experts, and commercial teams. Your work will directly impact the product roadmap and delivery of the roadmap to clients. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the CPO to define and develop the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. Identify and develop new product features, enhancements, and capabilities to solve meaningful customer problems Drive product strategy with a strong sense of long-term thinking, scalability, and platform evolution. Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product releases. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, execution, launch, and iteration. Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility. Customer & Market Insight: Deeply understand user needs through research, data analysis, and feedback loops. Translate insights into product opportunities and improvements that drive user satisfaction and adoption. Monitor the broader RegTech and FinTech landscape to stay ahead of market and technology trends. Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a key bridge between product, commercial, engineering, and leadership teams. Communicate product decisions, priorities, and progress clearly and consistently across the business. Ensure delivery is on time, on scope, and aligned with both user and business outcomes. Essential Requirements: 5+ years in product management, ideally within the capital markets space (Asset Management, Banking, RegTech, FinTech, or financial services.) Proven experience delivering complex B2B platforms or data-driven products. Proven experience delivering AI capabilities Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact product initiatives end to end. Strong understanding of product development practices - agile, iterative design, experimentation. Experience working with engineering teams in agile or iterative delivery environments. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders. Nice to have: Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (e.g. EMIR, CFTC, MiFIR, CAT, etc) Exposure to trade lifecycle data, reconciliation workflows, or back-office systems. Technical literacy: familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations. Experience scaling products in a startup or growth-stage tech environment.
