Based in our London office, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic SaaS business, working across all areas of HR and learning directly from experienced professionals. Transport Exchange Group, established 25 years ago, is a rapidly growing B2B software (SaaS) company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for the logistics and transportation industry. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our HR team while developing your skills across:HR Administration:n Produce HR documents like contracts, letters, and approval formsn Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliancen Support learning and development activitiesn Coordinate employee benefits and office entertainment activitiesn Raise purchase orders and liaise with external HR service providers Produce reports and presentations as required, both ad-hoc and standard regular reports.n Liaise with IT / Technical support for any HR and L&D system matters.n Experience using Office365 packages, including intermediate-level Excel.n Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interest in HRnPrevious administration experience, within HR management is desirable.n Previous experience within HR is desirable.25 days’ paid annual leave plus bank holidaysn~ A pension schemen~ Company Events and socialsn~ Critical Illness Covern~ Private Medical Insurancen~ Life Assurancen~ Employee Assistance Programmen~ Continuous Professional DevelopmentWe have a spacious office in Kings Cross, 5-minute walk from the main line station.
