Overview: The Sales Manager for the UK and Middle East will handle overall responsibility for promotional and marketing plans in order to deliver sales and represent brand internationally. The role will require that you are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as post-sale activities to guarantee continued success. The successful candidate will be based in our office in Kew Gardens, and will travel regularly to the Middle East and around the UK to conduct customer and new business meetings, attend customer events and relevant conferences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic target accounts. Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts, regularly meeting in person and virtually Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Organise demos with customers, prospecting to potential accounts and promotional plans, identify and pitch for new business and opportunities across training, software and consultancy Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell additional products, licenses and service (i.e training) Be the Ambassador and source of knowledge of our product to the outside world, being able to clearly, concisely, and credibly articulate the product to consumers or partners Travel to territories once every two months to conduct in-person meetings with existing and prospective customers, attend events Organise and run quarterly in person events per territory for users and purchasers to promote software and Timberlake brand Work alongside team to develop promotional plans and communicate with all softwares Assist with the Sales and Marketing of new Software releases – Bi-Annual Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and ROI of our software solutions Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for key accounts, from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting Share feedback from customers and help shape future product improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customised collateral, demos, and campaigns for key accounts. Work with marketing team to implement marketing plan specific to territories and oversee materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Organise and participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities Track and analyse sales performance, reporting monthly on sales activities, figures and strategy to software developers and business directors Track and report weekly on sales performance and key activities to business director s Requirements: Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on key account management, preferably in the software or technology sector. Proven success in managing and growing large, complex accounts. Experience selling enterprise software solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service), or technology products is a plus. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are imperative. Excellent written, spoken skills in English, other languages advantageous. Senior organisational and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer pain points and tailor software solutions accordingly. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Deep understanding of sales methodologies and Salesforce software desirable. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role Self starter and confident Education: 2:1 or higher bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Other: Ability to travel as required to the Middle East and around UK to meet with clients and attend industry events. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales. A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service..
