    • Job summary Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are transforming Adult Community Services. They are delivering a new and innovative Enhanced Primary Care Mental Health Service to people in Watford and are now looking to expand this service to cover Hemel Heamstead and St Alban's. Our EPMHS joins with existing primary and secondary care services, working in partnership with both, to ensure a great needs led pathway is available for people in Hemel Hempstead and St Alban's.
