Data analysis and key performance indicators, such as Pathology performance metrics for acute and community key tests, together with the implementation of actions to support improvement to KPIs and pathology quality metrics. The post holder will be expected to lead specific improvement projects and support innovation within the service. The post holder will be expected to support and work at all sites covered by North Kent Pathology Service and anticipate across the Network for specific programmes of improvement. Main duties of the job As a mental health support worker, you will carry out general housekeeping duties, e.g. helping to keep the building tidy, assisting in setting of tables and serving meals, checking laundry items and any tasks which help with the smooth running of the ward/unit and assist the nurses in their delivery of care to the patients.
