We’re involved in a number of exciting Humber-wide projects, including Humber2100+ - developing our new strategic approach to managing tidal flood risk. We work closely with colleagues across the Environment Agency locally and nationally and with many partners and stakeholders. Experience/skills required Essential skills/experience: • good organisational and forward planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to tight timescales • a team player • be self-motivated • ability to take responsibility for own remit • have the ability to work with others towards a common goal • have excellent verbal and written communication skills • confidence in dealing with senior staff • have excellent IT and communication skills (including running Microsoft Teams meetings). Desirable skills/experience: • good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills • minute taking • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
